Susan Osbjorn Wall Art

Susan OsBjorn received her BFA in painting from The Rhode Island School of Design where she was recognized as an early talent. Inspired by her travels in Europe, Susan is always looking for innovative and fresh ideas for her paintings. The artist enjoys incorporating into her exploration with new imagery, textures, and technology the classic techniques of her fine art training. She’s a contemporary fine artist whose career has spanned continents and oceans. Born and raised in the U.S., her rural upbringing in Connecticut and New York afforded her a classical education. Susan is an artist of international experience. Upon completing her Masters of Fine Art degree, she traveled Europe extensively before she moved to the dramatic landscapes of the United States. The artist has achieved a balance and harmony between her artwork and personal life which is exhibited and recognized worldwide.

Susan has managed to fuse the new with the classical, the subtleties with the dramatic of barren region beauty, a truly unique style. She draws her inspiration from a strong attraction to the natural world, full of a wealth of deeply diverse and immense visual material. The artist instills a dreamlike and tranquil quality to both her abstract and landscape paintings that draws the viewer to reflect on and pause and think about the mysterious beauty and wonders of life. She’s predominantly a fine art painter and has also worked in the decorative and commercial markets. Susan’s art has been published in Europe and the United States, and she continues to expand her artwork across the United States of America.
