Jeremy Cangialosi Wall Art

Thought Jeremy Cangialosi was born in Rochester, England, the artist spent a considerable part of his childhood in the Middle East. The environment in which he grew had a strong impact on his art. His early inspiration came actually came from working with sculptors who painted on large steel shapes in Greenwich. He fell in love with art from a young age and to join the Croydon College of Art & Design when he went back to England. After studying art at this college, he again moved to the University of London where he studied fine art at Slade School of Fine Art. Today, he’s an accomplished artist whose work can be seen in many places around the world. Cangialosi varies his subject matter and finishing options to make his art more collectable.

His art can be seen adorning the walls of many buildings around the world. He has developed a unique style in which he often overlaps lines and shapes to give a feeling of belonging and depth to his work. When describing his style and technique for creating his art, Cangialosi says he always looks for new styles and techniques to make new lines and marks or shapes with paint. He’s strongly influenced by the works of artists such as Ben Nicholson and Piet Mondrian. Cangialosi works from his studio where he used to paint large objects, but when he ran out space in his studio, he started painting on board and then on canvas. He paints with enamels, watercolors and acrylics.
