JoJoesArt Wall Art

Artist Jonas Jödicke (Born 1994) founded JoJoesArt through which he produces his art. He hails from Berlin Germany. He started drawing when he was a little child; he thinks when he was about 2 or 3 years old. Art has been his passion ever since he can remember. Jödicke started drawing digitally in 2009 (in the summer), when he got his tablet and Photoshop for his 15th birthday. He was inspired by his mother who placed some colored pencils and some sheets of paper next to him, so she was the one, who got him into drawing. Jödicke also had several good friends, who also liked art and his older sister is a passionate artist herself. Art is like a tradition in their family, because many of his relatives are artists in different kinds of ways. Jödicke was and is still also inspired by many good movies (Lord of the Rings, Princess Mononoke, Avatar, Harry Potter, etc.) and TV-shows (Yu-Gi-Oh, Digimon, Pokemon, etc.) as well as books (Hunger Games, Harry Potter, LotR etc.).

The artist says he can't really tell which medium he prefers most because nearly all mediums have both advantages and disadvantages. But he seems to produce more digital art lately, because, he says, it is just more fun for him and it also is much easier to reach such a big and great audience in the internet with digital art. Jödicke loves drawing anything, which is related to Surrealism/Fantasy. He also loves abstract art. He loves drawing fantastic creatures/animals, fantastic persons/people and he loves to combine realistic motifs and fantasy motifs.
